We hope to bring to you some knowledge about Belgian Blue Cattle, their history, and what we are accomplishing in our work with them.  We feel that we are endeavoring in a unique task to produce some of the best, if not the best, meat product for today's savvy consumers.

In our quest to breed the ultimate animal, we are using only the finest bloodlines to establish a type of beef that both the breeder of market stock and, ultimately, the customer at the counter of their local market can hope to find whenever they want, or need, nothing but the best.

This site is dedicated to giving the searching public a database of facts concerning this breed and, specifically, a true rendering of what they can offer the producer of cattle and the meat consuming public.  We will also show you what we, as well as our friends and fellow breeders, are doing to make these ambitions come to fruition.

We hope that you, the public, will find this both enlightening and entertaining.  We feel we have information that could open the eyes of both the producer and the consumer at large and are hoping that they take the time to visit us.
